We aim to connect leaders of existing organizations working toward intersectional parity in the U.S. entertainment media industry.
This community seeks to create:
Improved communication between organizations so they may collaborate, share resources, and amplify each others work.
An incubator for new ideas to advance parity, including collective actions addressing gaps in current efforts.
A space to exchange knowledge among organizations in order to learn from the each other and avoid duplicating work.
Foster and engage younger/newer organizations working toward intersectional parity to build a future of change.
